2005
Founded
Ed Millere and Larry Plank put pen to paper and opened New Hire Solutions in Thomasville, GA in April 2005.
2007
Acquisition
In 2007, New Hire Solution acquired another large staffing agency in Thomasville formerly known as Professional and Temporary Service adding on approximately 1,000 employees.
2011
Expansion
In 2011, New Hire Solution expanded from one branch location to two, opening its doors to a new community within Valdosta, GA.
2014
President Named
In 2014, Landis Thomas, CSP stepped into the position of President of New Hire Solutions.
2015
10th Anniversary, Expansions, Newton Born
In 2015, New Hire Solutions celebrated 10 years in business since opening its original doors in Thomasville, GA.
New Hire Solutions expanded to a third location in Fitzgerald, GA and brought on Shannon Starnes, CSP as Recruiting Manager.
New Hire Solutions expanded to a fourth branch location in Cairo, GA.
Newton the Dinosaur was born.
2020
15th Anniversary, Pandemic, New Partnership
In 2020, New Hire Solutions celebrated 15 years in the staffing world, growing and evolving as a company.
Landis Thomas, CSP became a partner of New Hire Solutions with Ed Millere.
As the pandemic entered the picture, New Hire Solutions shifted operations and converted to a 100% digitized processing service for onboarding paperwork, contracts, and payroll.

Present Day
Today, New Hire Solutions operates with two branch locations, serving areas from Valdosta, GA to Blakely, GA, Fitzgerald, GA to Thomasville, GA.
