Shannon Starnes is a highly accomplished professional, who serves as the Fitzgerald Branch Recruiting Manager at New Hire Solutions. She is a graduate of Ben Hill Irwin Technical College, where she earned her degree in Accounting while balancing full-time employment and raising a family – an achievement she completed with an exceptional 4.0 GPA.
Shannon brings a broad and valuable skill set developmed through years of hands-on experience in accounts receivables and payables, payroll, human resources, customer service, quarterly and yearly taxes, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and audits. She has also completed safety and compliance training through GAP Connections, furter strengthening her expertise in maintaining secure and compliant work environments.
In 2003, Shannon played a integral role in launching her husband’s construction business, wehre she managed all financial operations while also assisting with select projects. This experience significantly enhanced her financial acumen and business management capabilities.
Joining New Hire Solutions in 2017 as a Recruiter in the Fitzgerald Office. Through her dedication, leadership, and outstanding performance, she advanced to the role of Branch Recruiting Manager. As the office continues to grow, Shannon skillfully oversees daily operations, contributing to its ongoing success and expansion.
Shannon holds the prestigious Certified Staffing Professional(CSP) designation through the American Staffing Association, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and industry best practices. Shannon is also an active member of the Women’s Business Network, where she remains engaged in community involvement and professional relationship building.
