Q. How much does it cost me to get a job?
A. Applicants are not charged for job placement. However, if you are offered a position, you may need to complete a drug screen and/or background check.
Q. What types of jobs do we hire for?
A. New Hire Solutions hires for all types of jobs from basic labor to clerical as well as specialized skills and positions requiring a college degree. At any given time our open positions cover a wide spectrum of industries. From general labor positions to sales managers and journeymen electricians, we are capable of filling a broad range of positions. Our specialties include light industrial production workers, CDL drivers, and workers with skilled trades, as well as accounting positions, healthcare professionals, and administrative positions. We offer full-time, part-time, temporary, and direct hire positions as well.
Q. What jobs do you have available?

Q. How long will it take for me to get a job?
A. There is no exact time frame for finding the right job. It will vary based on work history and skill as well as positions open to fill at that time.
Q. What email do I send my resume to?
A. Resumes can be emailed to resume@newhiresolutions.net However, you will still need to complete an application and interview with someone in our placements department before we can send you to work. Q. How often do I need to call in?
A. If you have worked through us before, you must check in every day. If you have completed an application and are trying to find a job, you can check in as often as you’d like.
Q. Can someone else call in for me?
A. NO! It is your responsibility to call in.
Q. When can I come in to speak to a recruiter?
A. Recruiters are in the office Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You do not have to make an appointment.
Q. When would I need to update my application with you?
A. It is important to make sure your application stays updated. If your work history, phone number or address changes, you will need to make sure at all times your information is updated. You can also update your profile or upload your resume quickly and easily through our employee PORTAL LOGIN.
Q. What do I need to bring if I was called to come in to be processed?
A. You will need to bring two forms of ID. Also be prepared to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen. If anything else is needed, your recruiter will let you know before you come in.
Q. Can I have (company’s name) phone number?
A. We cannot release information regarding our client companies. If you have specific questions, we can assist with answering them.
Q. How do I get paid?
A. Checks are direct deposited into employee’s bank accounts. We also provide free payroll cards if interested. If employee’s don’t enroll in direct deposit, the checks are mailed to the address on file. Depending on the client company you are working for, the day of the week payroll is deposited varies.
Q. When can I get direct deposit?
A. All employees are eligible to enroll in direct deposit. However, if direct deposit is cancelled after enrolling, there will be a $10 administrative fee for cancellation. Any checks not direct deposited are mailed to the address on file.
Q. Why is child support being taken out of my check?
A. Child support is deducted from your payroll check when New Hire Solutions receives a deduction order from the enforcement agency. This deduction is mandatory and we cannot reduce the amount of the deduction. If you have specific questions regarding your child support withholding order, you will have to contact the agency from which the order was issued.
Q. What if I am running late and/or unable to report to work?
A. If you are running late or unable to make it to your scheduled assignment, it is your responsibility to notify New Hire Solutions by calling 229.227.9003; you will be able to leave a recorded voice message through our 24/7 phone system. Failing to follow our company's policies and procedures will cause you to become ineligible for rehire for at least six (6) months.
