Hailey Clark is the Recruiting Manager at New Hire Solutions, where she works closely with recruiters and clients to ensure job orders are filled efficiently and on time, while also overseeing front office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. With three and a half years at the company, Hailey has grown alongside the organization—starting as a receptionist and advancing into her current leadership role through dedication, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Hailey graduated high school in 2020 and has completed some college coursework, with plans to continue her education in human resources. Her hands-on experience and commitment to building strong relationships allow her to effectively support both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. As Recruiting Manager, she values building genuine relationships and creating positive experiences for everyone involved in the hiring process.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends and appreciates the balance that allows her to bring energy and focus to her role each day.
