Macy Roberts was born and raised in the charming town of Cochran, Georgia. After spending her formative years there, she moved to Statesboro to attend Georgia Southern University, where she pursued a degree in marketing. While in college, Macy worked as a server at Ruby Tuesday, where she met her future husband, Kolby, who was a cook at the restaurant. This serendipitous meeting was the start of a beautiful journey together.

In 2021, Macy and Kolby decided to move to Fitzgerald, Georgia, to be closer to her family. Their home is filled with joy, especially thanks to their two beloved dogs, Rosie, a Beagle, and Winnie, a Basset Hound. These furry companions are Macy's babies and the loves of her life. In her free time, Macy enjoys reading, shopping, and cherishing moments with her family, particularly with her nephew, who holds a special place in her heart.

Professionally, Macy's journey with New Hire Solutions began when she joined the team as a receptionist. Her dedication and passion for helping others promoted her to a recruiter, and she has become a vital member of the company. Macy looks forward to continuing her career at NHS and making a positive impact on both her colleagues and the individuals she assists.
