Congratulations to our July Employee Spotlight! Jessica Dean began her professional journey a decade ago caring for children at a daycare in Tifton but recently switched career paths and began working with Diversified Enterprises in September of 2021. She started out as Direct Support Professional (DSP) and, through hard work and dedication, has quickly progressed into her current role as a Team Lead. One of her supervisors, Nicky Lamb, says, “She is awesome and always a team player. She has made a fast progression from DSP to team lead and is an outstanding role model to all that work with her.”

About her position, Jessica says, “It has been wonderful. I love working with these guys. They make the day go by easy.” Another supervisor, Francine Davis, reciprocates by saying, “Ms. Dean has shown exemplary leadership. All of our achievements are made possible because of her individual efforts as well as the efforts of the individuals she supports. Her work performance is above and beyond, and her talents and accomplishments have made a big difference. She consistently gives her all and without any hesitation. Ms. Dean is a bright light within our organization.”
