In-House Employees are employees that work in the offices of New Hire Solutions. This does not include employees working for client companies.
After ninety (90) days of employment, all in-house employees are eligible for the following paid holidays:
New Year’s Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Employee’s Birthday (must be approved 2 weeks in advance)
The first day of the month following sixty (60) days of employment, all in-house employees are eligible for health insurance. New Hire Solutions provides this coverage to our in-house employees at no cost to the employee. Dependents, however, are at the expense of the employee.
Paid Time Off
After ninety (90) days of employment, all in-house employees are eligible for Paid Time Off:
Employees employed for zero (0) to three (3) years will accrue up to 80 hours paid time off per year.
Employees employed for three (3) to five (5) years will accrue up to 120 hours paid time off per year.
Employees employed for over five (5) years will accrue up to 160 hours paid time off per year.
Employees can accrue up to 240 hours (6 weeks).
In an effort to give back to the community, our in-house employees are given the opportunity to volunteer for pre-approved projects. For each hour an employee volunteers, he or she will be given two (2) hours of Paid Time Off to use at a later date.
30 Day Position Hold Policy
After ninety (90) days of employment, if an in-house employee decides he or she would like to accept another position with a different company, New Hire Solutions will hold the position of the employee for thirty (30) days for the employee to try out the new job. At any time within the thirty (30) days, the employee may return to his or her original position with New Hire Solutions with the same benefits as previous with no questions asked.
The first day of the month following sixty (60) days of employment, all in-house employees are eligible for supplemental benefits including vision coverage, dental coverage, and a multi-coverage policy that includes short-term disability, group life insurance, critical illness, and others. These coverages are at the expense of the employee, but the premiums are very minimal.
