Shannon Starnes | Branch Manager, Fitzgerald Location

Shannon Starnes is a graduate of Ben Hill Irwin Technical College where she earned her Accounting degree. While attending college, she was able to prioritize her time between raising a family, working full time, maintaining and graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

She has experience in accounts receivables and payables, payroll, human resources, customer service, quarterly, and yearly taxes, shipping/receiving, inventory, and audits. Shannon also attended safety and compliance Training through GAP Connections.

In 2003, Shannon helped her husband start his own construction business, handling all of the financial aspects of the business and occasionally assisting on certain jobs.

In 2017, she came on board with New Hire Solutions as a Placement Specialist in the Fitzgerald Office and is now managing the office as it continues to grow.

She is a member of the Lion’s Club and also participates in the Women’s Business Network.

Shannon lives in Fitzgerald with her family.
