Job Details
Location: Thomasville area
Pay rate: $10 – $12 / hour
Job Type: Full Time | M-F 8am – 5pm
Job-Specific Duties
Applicant will be doing maintenance within apartments.
Must have previous experience
Must have electrical knowledge
Must have appliance repair experience
Applicant will be performing general maintenence duties.
Work performed will include but is not limited to installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, minor plumbing repair and instalation, garbage disposal maintenance, ice maker maintenance
