Location: Thomasville area

Pay rate: $11 / Hour

Job Type: Full Time | M-F 8am – 5pm

Job-Specific Duties

Answer inbound calls from Customers and Agents

Quickly determine the customers’ needs and pro actively provide solutions

Document details of customer interaction into system while on the phone

Assist customers with questions about their current policy

Strong communication skills needed

Good customer service skills and a strong work ethic needed

Basic computer skills required

Previous experience in a customer support environment preferred

Must be able to work well in a team and/or independently
