Kristen Edenfield Recruiter

Kristen Edenfield is a native of Thomasville who began her career at her family’s deli, The Scoop, in downtown Thomasville where she worked for 13 years. She found her self looking for change and this led her to New Hire Solutions. Currently, she is working as a Recruiter and loves encouraging and helping applicants market themselves to each employer.

Kristen loves how great it feels to wake up and be proud of the work she gets to do. She finds purpose in knowing that she can make a difference in peoples' lives by helping them find employment and empowering them in other areas of their lives as well. Since beginning her career with New Hire Solutions, she has been a peer nominated employee of the month twice and management nominated employee of the month once. In her position, she enjoys coming into contact with people from all walks of life and wants applicants to leave her office with a smile on their face. Kristen would like people to know that there is something for everyone at New Hire. She says, "It does not matter if you have little work experience or a Master’s degree in Psychology, there is always room at the table and we strive to make sure everyone finds a seat."

Kristen currently resides in Thomasville and has a large family consisting of four brothers, three of whom are triplets, and is a proud aunt surrounded by nieces and nephews. You can find her always cracking a joke to make someone’s day a little better.
