Alicia Champ is a dedicated Payroll Specialist at New Hire Solutions, where she ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll while managing Accounts Payable and Receivable. With a strong foundation in payroll gained during her early career years at an insurance company, Alicia joined the New Hire Solutions team in 2020. Her journey in the workforce began with aspirations of becoming a teacher, but her pivot to payroll in 2016 ignited a passion that has lasted.

Alicia's commitment extends beyond her professional life; she strives to excel not only in her role but also as a devoted mother. Her remarkable achievements include being honored with the 2021 NHS Employee of the Year award, a testament to her exceptional contributions. Originally from Cairo, GA, Alicia continues to reside there with her family. In 2016, she married her high school sweetheart and, four years later, welcomed her first child, Liam. In 2023, her family grew again with the arrival of her second child, Lane Champ.
