How It Works
When employers are looking to fill their open job orders, we are here to help. We interview and screen all of our applicants as well as administer testing and check their references including previous employers before submitting them to our clients. We are continually searching for the best applicant pool to have ready to fill job orders as quickly as possible by traveling to job fairs around the state, advertising online and in local newspapers, and having full-time recruitng staff available 24 hours a day. We are available to your needs and pride ourselves in filling open positions with the best candidates possible.
Applications for Applicants
We accept applications every week day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All applicants are interviewed when they apply for a position. We average 30-40 applications per day and strive to continually improve our applicant pool.
We participate in community job fairs throughout the year.
If our clients have a large project, we can host a job fair specific to your needs.
We can provide on-site services at your location. Our staff routinely inspects our jobsites to gain a better understanding of what duties our employees will be responsible for to better fill the position and meet your needs. Based on the number of employees you have, we can in place an onsite representative 2, 4, 6, 8, even up to 24 hours a day; we will administer drug testing onsite upon request.
