New Hire Solutions is always committed to the betterment of our employees and the businesses they work for as well as the communities in which we all live, work, and serve. Because of that, we, like many of you, are paying very close attention to the on-going development surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and are making changes to the services we are providing to adapt the these evolving conditions.
Currently (updated 6/01):
All of our offices are at full functionality and normal business hours M-F 8am - 5pm.
Our office buildings will remain closed to all non-New Hire Solutions staff
If you are coming to our locations please remember to maintain a minimum 6ft distance between you and others.
If you are coming to our locations to process for a job please make sure that you are are wearing a mask.
Payroll Processing – Any hours submitted before 11:00 am will be processed the same business day. Any hours submitted after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Employees will either have to enroll in direct deposit or their checks will be mailed to the address on file. Our offices will not be open to the public for check pickup.
Layoffs/Closures of Client Businesses – If you have layoffs or are closed during this time, please report to us immediately the effective date of the change and the employee names that are affected. You can submit this information by calling our office or emailing email@example.com.
SBA Loan Documentation – Several of our clients have already requested information needed for the Small Business Administration’s Payroll Protection Program. If you need this information, please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide it as soon as possible.We are open and working hard to place people in successful jobs!
